Today we've been told how to use the insert "object" tool, to move things around through the programs in MS Office. To insert something into one of the programs, click on "insert" which is located in the top menu bar of the screen, then click "object". A window will pop up. There you can choose if you want to put in a new picture into your document, or link another from the program which created it.
